The Magnolia Valley Civic Associations' sole purpose is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the residents within the Magnolia Valley Subdivision and the unification of the energy and efforts of its members toward the promotion and accomplishment of harmony and cooperation among such members; and the creation and maintenance of a safe, prosperous, attractive and comfortable community in witch to live.

The Association is managed by the Board of Directors, of the Board members four (4) are elected as Officers, President, Vise President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The President also acts as Chairman of the Board.

The general membership shall meet annually for the purpose of electing Officers and Directors. The Board of Directors meet monthly to conduct Association business, the Association members are encouraged to attend the meeting and observe the decisions of their Board.

The Association is guided by the By-Laws adopted by the association and Roberts Rules of Order in all controversial matters in dispute.
