Your real estate agent had an obligation by law to let you know this before you purchased your home.
Your decision now obligates you to abide by these restrictions and all Pasco County Land Development Codes.

We all live in a deed restricted community and are restricted by law on what can and can not be done with his or her property regardless if you are a member of the association or not, however we need more members in order to insure the we can protect the interest of all property owners from blight, crime, and other degrading effects that are cropping up in our community now.

We need as many homeowners as we can get to sign a joiner to place there property into the association as mandatory membership. All filing fees are paid by the association.

Please take the time to print out a copy and sign (all named on deed must sign) have two witnesses and have it notarized (a member of the association will do this for you and no cost) and give to an association board member.

Help bring Magnolia Valley back to the condition we will be proud of.
